Once we’ve discussed appliance choice, size, shape, and accessories, we begin with our 3D design phase.

This step ensures that your final product is exactly what you envisioned!
These designs are completed at our showroom and generally take 5–15 minutes depending on complexity.

We’ll guide you through veneer selection, appliance choices, and countertop coordination—helping ensure every finish and component works together for a cohesive, high-performing outdoor kitchen.

Once we have completed our design and receive approvals and a 50% deposit, fabrication will begin.

Typical lead times vary from 2–3 days, up to 2 weeks depending on scheduling and complexity of the unit.

Frame – It starts with an incredibly strong and durable 2″ aluminum tubing.
Our in‑house fabricator begins by making the required cuts and welds to bring the “bones” of your unit together.

Sheathing – Next, we add a layer of sheathing using a cement board.
This process allows for a quick and easy stone install.
This step is standard and included in pricing.
However, it is optional should you desire to use your own sheathing method.

Once we have finished fabricating and sheathing your unit, it’s ready to be picked up or delivered!

Thanks to the lightweight nature of the construction, these units can be maneuvered with two people in most cases.
At a small additional charge, we will deliver the unit to your property, along with your stone veneer.
